“Platform” means the NiceHomeDeals website and associated services provided by Nice Empire & Developers LLP.

“User” means any builder, broker, client who registers or uses the Platform.

“Subscription” means any paid plan the User chooses to access additional features of the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. User Accounts & Registration

• Provide true, accurate, up‑to‑date information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Conduct & Listings

• Upload only authorised listings.
• Do not upload misleading or false information.
• Builders must comply with RERA and applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

• Fees are payable as specified.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Transactions

• Platform only facilitates connections.
• We do not act as agent, guarantor or escrow.

7. Intellectual Property

• Platform content is owned by us.
• No reproduction is allowed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

10. Governing Law

• Governed by laws of India; jurisdiction at Mumbai.

11. Amendments

• We may modify these Terms periodically.

12. Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the complete agreement.
